	We are located right next to Sherman Oaks Hospital.
	You may park in the structure in the back of the building.
	The building doors will automatically lock down at 8:00 PM. In order to enter the lobby, please go to the lobby doors facing the parking structure and locate the keypad next to the door. Press the START button then #1234# to unlock the doors. Please remember to press the # button as stated. If there is an issue, you may call our Sherman Oaks lab directly at (888) 844-3557 and a technician will answer. Please note that this number is only picked up at nighttime on the night of your study after 8:00 PM. If you are unable to reach our technician, you can page our on-call representative by dialing (888) 866-1211 and selecting option 8
